Piper nigrum
Our black pepper is hand-harvested from lush Western Ghats estates at peak ripeness. Sun-dried on traditional mats to develop the signature sharp heat and earthy aroma that chefs across the world seek.
Black pepper β Piper nigrum β has been grown in Kerala for over 3,000 years, and our farms carry that heritage forward with care. Each vine is trained on living support trees, grown without synthetic pesticides. After harvest, berries are blanched briefly and sun-dried for 5β7 days to achieve the characteristic wrinkled black coat and concentrated piperine content that delivers robust heat.
